Privacy
Privacy policy.
What we collect, why, and what happens to it. Written to be read rather than skimmed.
Review needed before launch
TODO This policy describes how the site is built and is accurate to its current behaviour. Before launch it needs review by a qualified attorney, and it must be updated with your business contact details and the identity of any third-party form provider you connect.
What this policy covers
This policy applies to scope850.com and to information you submit through the contact form on this site.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we receive what you type into it:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number, if you choose to provide one
- Your state
- Which service you are interested in
- Whatever you write in the message field
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no tracking pixels, and loads no third-party scripts. Fonts are served from this domain rather than from a font provider, so no request about your visit is sent elsewhere by simply loading a page.
How form submissions are handled
TODO The contact form is designed to post to a third-party form provider, which delivers submissions to us by email. Name the provider here and link its privacy policy once you have configured one. Until a provider is configured, the form does not transmit anything anywhere.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide the services you have asked for. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Credit information
Do not send credit reports, account numbers, Social Security numbers or other sensitive identifiers through the website contact form. If we need that information to work with you, we will tell you how to send it securely.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained only as long as needed to respond and to meet record keeping obligations. Client records are retained as required by applicable law.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to any legal retention obligations. Depending on your state you may have additional rights. Contact us to make a request.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page.
